On the Croisette, luxury hotel bars are no longer merely a prelude to dinner. They are becoming destinations in their own right. At the Majestic, a new menu created by Guillermo Pittaluga confirms this trend, blending Mediterranean flair, creativity and more responsible consumption.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new meeting place where people no longer just come for a drink, but to enjoy an experience.
To breathe new life into this iconic venue, the\u2019Barri\u00e8re Hotel<\/a> handed over the keys to his bar to Guillermo Pittaluga<\/strong>. This Uruguayan of Italian descent specialises in mixology inspired by his travels, yet deeply rooted in the Mediterranean terroir. A menu featuring a blend of thyme, rosemary, citrus fruits, flowers and spices.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Another sign of the times: the rise in popularity of low-ABV cocktails \u00ab Low Alcohol by Volume<\/em> \u00bb, in other words, low in alcohol. These new creations now occupy a prominent place. The Botanic Sunset<\/em>, the Venetian Blossom <\/em>or A Star Is Born<\/em> are examples of this new generation of cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The herbs come from the Majestic\u2019s herb garden, the honey from the beehives on the hotel\u2019s rooftops, whilst the citrus fruits are sourced from local growers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
